I recently had a service call with Kurt M, and I was incredibly impressed. From the moment he arrived, he was professional and courteous. Kurt throughly inspected my A/C unit, explained the problem in simple terms, and walked me through the required maintain process ( indoor evaporation and outdoor condense coil cleaning). He was knowledgeable, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the service and the cost. He even offer and additional service like insulation in my attic as he noticed it needs a major replacement which will save me a lot in electrical bills. Kurt truly deserves the title of Dynasty A/C supervisor - a true professional and a great asset to your company.
